﴿أُقسم﴾: فعل مضارع، وفاعله مستتر تقديره: أنا.
﴿بما﴾: جار ومجرور متعلقان بـ﴿أقسم﴾.
﴿تبصرون﴾: فعل مضارع مرفوع بثبوت النون، والواو فاعل، وجملة ﴿تبصرون﴾ صلة الموصول لا محل لها من الإعراب. وجملة ﴿فلا أقسم﴾ مستأنفة لا محل لها من الإعراب.
