﴿وَكَذَّبُوا﴾ ماض وفاعله والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها ﴿وَاتَّبَعُوا﴾ معطوف على كذبوا ﴿أَهْواءَهُمْ﴾ مفعول به ﴿وَكُلُّ أَمْرٍ مُسْتَقِرٌّ﴾ الواو حرف استئناف ومبتدأ وأمر مضاف إليه ومستقر خبر والجملة استئنافية لا محل لها.
