﴿وقد﴾: الواو عاطفة، وقد حرف تحقيق، وجملة قد أضلوا مقول قول محذوف معطوف على قال السابقة، أي: قال إنهم عصوني، وقال: قد أضلّوا.
﴿أضلوا﴾: فعل والواو فاعل.
﴿كثيرًا﴾: مفعول به.
﴿ولا﴾: الواو عاطفة على القول المحذوف، ولا طلبية للدعاء.
﴿تزد﴾: فعل مضارع مجزوم بـ﴿لا﴾.
﴿الظالمين﴾: مفعول به منصوب بالياء لأنه جمع مذكر سالم.
﴿إلا﴾: أداة حصر.
﴿ضلالا﴾: مفعول به.
