﴿والصبح﴾: الواو عاطفة، والصبح معطوف مجرور بواو القسم، والجار والمجرور متعلقان بفعل محذوف، تقديره: أقسم.
﴿إذا﴾: ظرف متعلق بفعل القسم.
﴿تنفس﴾: فعل ماضٍ، والفاعل مستتر، وجملة ﴿تنفس﴾ في محل جر بإضافة الظرف إليها.
