﴿يَوْمَ تَرْجُفُ الْأَرْضُ﴾ ظرف زمان ومضارع وفاعله ﴿وَالْجِبالُ﴾ معطوف على الأرض والجملة في محل جر بالإضافة ﴿وَكانَتِ الْجِبالُ كَثِيباً﴾ كان واسمها وخبرها و ﴿مَهِيلًا﴾ صفة كثيبا والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها.
