الواو حرف عطف ﴿إِذا﴾
ظرفية شرطية غير جازمة ﴿مَرُّوا﴾
ماض وفاعله و ﴿بِهِمْ﴾
متعلقان بالفعل والجملة في محل جر بالإضافة. ﴿يَتَغامَزُونَ﴾
مضارع مرفوع والواو فاعله والجملة جواب الشرط لا محل لها.
