﴿كذب﴾: فعل ماض مبني على الفتح، والفاعل مستتر تقديره: هو، وجملة ﴿كذب﴾ لا محل لها من الإعراب، لأنها صلة الموصول.
﴿وتولى﴾: الواو عاطفة فعل ماض مبني على الفتح المقدر، والفاعل مستتر تقديره: هو، وجملة ﴿تولى﴾ عطف على ﴿كذب﴾ داخلة في حيز الصلة.
