﴿لَقَدْ﴾ اللام واقعة في جواب القسم وقد حرف تحقيق ﴿خَلَقْنَا﴾ ماض وفاعله ﴿الْإِنْسانَ﴾ مفعول به ﴿فِي كَبَدٍ﴾ متعلقان بمحذوف حال والجملة جواب القسم لا محل لها.
