﴿ومن شر﴾: الواو حرف عطف على ما تقدم، ومن شر جار ومجرور متعلقان بـ﴿أعوذ﴾، وشر مضاف.
﴿غاسق﴾: مضاف إليه مجرور بالكسرة.
﴿إذا﴾: ظرف مبني على السكون.
﴿وقب﴾: فعل ماض مبني على الفتح، وفاعله ضمير مستتر تقديره هو يعود على ﴿غاسق﴾، وجملة ﴿وقب﴾ في محل جر بإضافة إذا إليها.
