( والذين كذبوا بآياتنا ولقاء الآخرة ) أي : ولقاء الدار الآخرة التي هي موعد الثواب والعقاب ، ( حبطت أعمالهم ) بطلت وصارت كأن لم تكن ، ( هل يجزون ) في العقبى ( إلا ما كانوا ) أي إلا جزاء ما كانوا ( يعملون ) في الدنيا .
