( وكان يأمر أهله ) أي : قومه وقيل : أهله ، وجميع أمته ( بالصلاة والزكاة ) قال ابن عباس : يريد التي افترضها الله تعالى عليهم ، وهي الحنيفية التي افترضت علينا ، ( وكان عند ربه مرضيا ) قائما بطاعته . قيل : رضيه الله عز وجل لنبوته ورسالته .
