قال الله تعالى : ( فاستخف قومه ) أي استخف فرعون قومه القبط ، أي وجدهم جهالا . وقيل : حملهم على الخفة والجهل . يقال : استخفه عن رأيه ، إذا حمله على الجهل وأزاله عن الصواب ، ( فأطاعوه ) على تكذيب موسى ( إنهم كانوا قوما فاسقين ) .
