"وتذرون الآخرة". قرأ أهل المدينة والكوفة تحبون وتذرون بالتاء فيهما، وقرأ الآخرون بالياء أي يختارون الدنيا على العقبى، ويعملون لها، يعني: كفار مكة، ومن قرأ بالتاء فعلى تقدير: قل لهم يا محمد: بل تحبون وتذرون.
