ثم قال تعالى : ( ألم تعلم أن الله له ملك السماوات والأرض ) أي : هو المالك لجميع ذلك ، الحاكم فيه ، الذي لا معقب لحكمه ، وهو الفعال لما يريد ( يعذب من يشاء ويغفر لمن يشاء والله على كل شيء قدير )
