وقوله : ( كأن لم يغنوا فيها ) أي : يعيشوا في دارهم قبل ذلك ، ( ألا بعدا لمدين كما بعدت ثمود ) وكانوا جيرانهم قريبا منهم في الدار ، وشبيها بهم في الكفر وقطع الطريق ، وكانوا عربا شبههم .
