When it applies
A noon sakinah نۡ or tanween ـً ـٍ ـٌ followed by ب: مِنۢ بَعۡدِ, أَنۢبِئۡهُم, سَمِيعُۢ بَصِيرٌ.
How to read it
Close the lips lightly for a meem sound and hold the ghunnah for 2 counts, then say the ba.
