The fifth word of verse (7:142) is divided into 4 morphological segments. A conjunction, verb, subject pronoun and object pronoun. The prefixed conjunction wa is usually translated as "and". The form IV perfect verb (فعل ماض) is first person plural. The verb's triliteral root is tā mīm mīm (ت م م). The suffix (نا) is an attached subject pronoun. The attached object pronoun is third person feminine singular.
