The second word of verse (8:58) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A verb and emphatic suffix. The imperfect verb (فعل مضارع) is second person masculine singular and is in the indicative mood (مرفوع). The verb's triliteral root is khā wāw fā (خ و ف). The suffixed emphatic particle is known as the nūn of emphasis (نون التوكيد).
