The fifth word of verse (10:42) is divided into 3 morphological segments. An interrogative alif, supplemental particle and personal pronoun. The prefixed alif is an interrogative particle used to form a question and is usually translated as "is", "are", or "do". The supplemental particle fa is usually translated as "then" or "so". The personal pronoun is second person masculine singular.
