The ninth word of verse (10:59) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A conjunction, verb and subject pronoun. The prefixed conjunction fa is usually translated as "and". The perfect verb (فعل ماض) is second person masculine plural. The verb's triliteral root is jīm ʿayn lām (ج ع ل). The suffix (التاء) is an attached subject pronoun.
