The fifth word of verse (12:21) is a proper noun in the genitive case (مجرور). The case marker is a fatḥah instead of a kasrah because the proper noun is a diptote (ممنوع من الصرف). The proper noun's triliteral root is mīm ṣād rā (م ص ر).
