The seventh word of verse (12:25) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A conjunction, verb and subject pronoun. The prefixed conjunction wa is usually translated as "and". The form IV perfect verb (فعل ماض) is third person masculine dual. The verb's triliteral root is lām fā wāw (ل ف و). The suffix (الألف) is an attached subject pronoun.
