The tenth word of verse (14:14) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A noun and possessive pronoun. The noun is masculine and is in the accusative case (منصوب). The noun's triliteral root is wāw ʿayn dāl (و ع د). The yā of the first person singular possessive pronoun has been omitted due to elision (الياء محذوفة), and is indicated by the kasrah.
