The fifth word of verse (15:75) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A preposition and active participle. The prefixed preposition lām is usually translated as "for". The form V active participle is masculine plural and is in the genitive case (مجرور). The active participle's triliteral root is wāw sīn mīm (و س م). Together the segments form a preposition phrase known as jār wa majrūr (جار ومجرور).
