The eleventh word of verse (2:186) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A verb, subject pronoun and object pronoun. The imperative verb (فعل أمر) is second person masculine dual. The verb's triliteral root is dāl ʿayn wāw (د ع و). The suffix (الألف) is an attached subject pronoun. The yā of the first person singular object pronoun has been omitted due to elision (الياء محذوفة), and is indicated by the kasrah.
