The fourth word of verse (16:119) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A preposition and relative pronoun. The prefixed preposition lām is usually translated as "for". The relative pronoun is masculine plural. Together the segments form a preposition phrase known as jār wa majrūr (جار ومجرور).
