The seventh word of verse (2:199) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A conjunction, verb and subject pronoun. The prefixed conjunction wa is usually translated as "and". The form X imperative verb (فعل أمر) is second person masculine plural. The verb's triliteral root is ghayn fā rā (غ ف ر). The suffix (الواو) is an attached subject pronoun.
