The second word of verse (18:23) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A verb and emphatic suffix. The imperfect verb (فعل مضارع) is second person masculine singular and is in the jussive mood (مجزوم). The verb's triliteral root is qāf wāw lām (ق و ل). The suffixed emphatic particle is known as the nūn of emphasis (نون التوكيد).
