The second word of verse (19:46) is divided into 2 morphological segments. An interrogative alif and active participle. The prefixed alif is an interrogative particle used to form a question and is usually translated as "is", "are", or "do". The indefinite active participle is masculine and is in the nominative case (مرفوع). The active participle's triliteral root is rā ghayn bā (ر غ ب).
