The fourth word of verse (19:47) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A future particle and verb. The prefixed future particle sa is used in combination with the imperfect (present tense) verb to form the future tense. The form X imperfect verb (فعل مضارع) is first person singular and is in the indicative mood (مرفوع). The verb's triliteral root is ghayn fā rā (غ ف ر).
