The eighth word of verse (22:17) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A conjunction and passive participle. The prefixed conjunction wa is usually translated as "and". The passive participle is masculine plural and is in the accusative case (منصوب). The passive participle's triliteral root is mīm jīm sīn (م ج س).
