The ninth word of verse (22:54) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A conjunction, verb and subject pronoun. The prefixed conjunction fa is usually translated as "and". The form IV imperfect verb (فعل مضارع) is third person masculine plural and is in the subjunctive mood (منصوب). The verb's triliteral root is hamza mīm nūn (أ م ن). The suffix (الواو) is an attached subject pronoun.
