The eighth word of verse (22:67) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A verb, emphatic suffix and object pronoun. The form III imperfect verb (فعل مضارع) is third person masculine singular and is in the indicative mood (مرفوع). The verb's triliteral root is nūn zāy ʿayn (ن ز ع). The suffixed emphatic particle is known as the nūn of emphasis (نون التوكيد). The attached object pronoun is second person masculine singular.
