The fourth word of verse (25:66) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A conjunction and passive participle. The prefixed conjunction wa is usually translated as "and". The indefinite form IV passive participle is masculine and is in the accusative case (منصوب). The passive participle's triliteral root is qāf wāw mīm (ق و م).
