The thirteenth word of verse (3:35) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A resumption particle and verb. The connective particle fa is usually translated as "then" or "so" and is used to indicate a sequence of events. The form V imperative verb (فعل أمر) is second person masculine singular. The verb's triliteral root is qāf bā lām (ق ب ل).
