The sixth word of verse (2:34) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A result particle, verb and subject pronoun. The result particle fa is usually translated as "then" or "so" and is used to indicate the result of a condition. The perfect verb (فعل ماض) is third person masculine plural. The verb's triliteral root is sīn jīm dāl (س ج د). The suffix (الواو) is an attached subject pronoun.
