The sixth word of verse (3:193) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A preposition and verbal noun. The prefixed preposition lām is usually translated as "for". The form IV verbal noun is masculine and is in the genitive case (مجرور). The verbal noun's triliteral root is hamza mīm nūn (أ م ن). Together the segments form a preposition phrase known as jār wa majrūr (جار ومجرور).
