The third word of verse (57:18) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A conjunction and active participle. The prefixed conjunction wa is usually translated as "and". The form V active participle is feminine plural and is in the accusative case (منصوب). The active participle's triliteral root is ṣād dāl qāf (ص د ق).
