The third word of verse (63:6) is divided into 3 morphological segments. An equalization particle, verb and subject pronoun. The prefixed alif indicates equality and is usually translated as "whether". The form X perfect verb (فعل ماض) is second person masculine singular. The verb's triliteral root is ghayn fā rā (غ ف ر). The suffix (التاء) is an attached subject pronoun.
