The first word of verse (64:12) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A resumption particle, verb and subject pronoun. The connective particle wa is usually translated as "then" or "so" and is used to indicate a sequence of events. The form IV imperative verb (فعل أمر) is second person masculine plural. The verb's triliteral root is ṭā wāw ʿayn (ط و ع). The suffix (الواو) is an attached subject pronoun.
