The fifth word of verse (66:9) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A conjunction and active participle. The prefixed conjunction wa is usually translated as "and". The form III active participle is masculine plural and is in the accusative case (منصوب). The active participle's triliteral root is nūn fā qāf (ن ف ق).
