The fourth word of verse (84:4) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A conjunction and verb. The prefixed conjunction wa is usually translated as "and". The form V perfect verb (فعل ماض) is third person feminine singular. The verb's triliteral root is khā lām wāw (خ ل و).
