The eleventh word of verse (4:102) is divided into 4 morphological segments. A conjunction, imperative particle, verb and subject pronoun. The prefixed conjunction wa is usually translated as "and". The prefixed particle lām is usually translated as "let" and is used to form an imperative construction. The imperfect verb (فعل مضارع) is third person masculine plural and is in the jussive mood (مجزوم). The verb's triliteral root is hamza khā dhāl (أ خ ذ). The suffix (الواو) is an attached subject pronoun.
