The seventh word of verse (4:103) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A conjunction and verbal noun. The prefixed conjunction wa is usually translated as "and". The indefinite verbal noun is in the accusative case (منصوب). The verbal noun's triliteral root is qāf ʿayn dāl (ق ع د).
