The first word of verse (100:5) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A conjunction, verb and subject pronoun. The prefixed conjunction fa is usually translated as "and". The perfect verb (فعل ماض) is third person feminine plural. The verb's triliteral root is wāw sīn ṭā (و س ط). The suffix (النون) is an attached subject pronoun.
