The third word of verse (2:68) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A preposition and personal pronoun. The prefixed preposition lām is usually translated as "for". The personal pronoun is first person plural. Together the segments form a preposition phrase known as jār wa majrūr (جار ومجرور).
