The second word of verse (6:149) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A supplemental particle, preposition and proper noun. The supplemental particle fa is usually translated as "then" or "so". The prefixed preposition lām is usually translated as "for". The proper noun is in the genitive case (مجرور). The proper noun's triliteral root is hamza lām hā (أ ل ه). Together the segments form a preposition phrase known as jār wa majrūr (جار ومجرور).
