The fifteenth word of verse (7:12) is divided into 4 morphological segments. A conjunction, verb, subject pronoun and object pronoun. The prefixed conjunction wa is usually translated as "and". The perfect verb (فعل ماض) is second person masculine singular. The verb's triliteral root is khā lām qāf (خ ل ق). The suffix (التاء) is an attached subject pronoun. The attached object pronoun is third person masculine singular.
