Text Uthmani:

فَلَمَّا عَتَوۡاْ عَن مَّا نُهُواْ عَنۡهُ قُلۡنَا لَهُمۡ كُونُواْ قِرَدَةً خَٰسِـِٔينَ ١٦٦

Rashid Maash:

Devant leur obstination à braver l’interdit, Nous leur avons dit : « Soyez transformés en singes abjects ! »

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

Puis, lorsqu’ils refusèrent (par orgueil) d’abandonner ce qui leur avait été interdit, Nous leur dîmes : "Soyez des singes abjects !"
