Text Uthmani:

مَن يَهۡدِ ٱللَّهُ فَهُوَ ٱلۡمُهۡتَدِيۖ وَمَن يُضۡلِلۡ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡخَٰسِرُونَ ١٧٨

Rashid Maash:

Quiconque est guidé par Allah ne peut que suivre la voie du salut, à l’inverse de celui qu’Il laisse s’égarer, qui est perdu.

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

Quiconque Allah guide, voilà le bien guidé. Et quiconque Il égare, voilà les perdants.
